HSR update time!

Bubbles were a bit broken but are hopefully improved (it pushing the sap and missing is intentional, that enemy can't be hit while hiding)

HP changed from spawning an item to playing an animation (the amount healed has been buffed to make up for it)

(the backward notice is not intentional though oops)
